Growth Leader, Amazon 10X

We are looking for a seasoned manager who can help us build and scale new monetization opportunities for the A10X program. We are looking for a leader who is customer-obsessed, highly analytical and has experience launching zero-to-one initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate with a strong business and marketing background, who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about building ansd scaling new business. He/She will work in a highly collaborative environment with some of the best marketers, category and program managers, and be part of a rapidly growing initiative which is going to become a huge area of growth for the business. This job will require strong inter-personal skills while having the ability to work independently in a high pressure, and often ambiguous, work environment. Key job responsibilities Lead the A10X program for Amazon India - the program aims to identify high potential brands which are in their early stage and leverage Amazon ecosystem to grow them disproportionately.
