Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Coordinator, Distribution to support our Distribution Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of inbound freight, inventory, customer orders, transport coordination, and day-to-day warehouse operations. Working with minimal supervision, you will act as a key point of contact for internal & external stakeholders helping resolve inbound, inventory and distribution issues while supporting operational excellence. Managing the inbound & inventory team members Managing inbound enquiries from customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock issues, and customer concerns. Expedite urgent receipts, orders, and dispatches to meet service requirements. Coordinate with Transport, Customer Service, Materials Management, and Quality teams. Ensure compliance with Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse operational trends and recommend process improvements. Maintain high standards of workplace safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will have: Essential Requirements Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations. Strong inventory management and problem-solving skills. Intermediate computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems or RF technology. Current licence to operate materials handling equipment (e.g. forklift). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Flexibility to swap between roles within the warehouse environment to suit business requirements Highly Regarded Certificate III in Transport & Distribution. Understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Dangerous Goods Storage and Handling certification. Experience working within a regulated environment such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or medical devices.
