Roles and Responsibilities: The work: You will be a part of the Sales Operations Resale Support team, helping Accenture Technology Resale Team with the administrative support related to the Resale of Technology Hardware, Software, Maintenance and Licenses Renewals, from creating the Accenture offer to final clients, controlling the required documentation, gathering the approvals needed, requesting purchase orders, to invoicing the client. We constantly communicate with our colleagues from Sales, Finance and other teams and we mediate the entire process to successfully resolve the client s request.
