As an individual contributor you will be part of the local leadership team working with internal and external partners to support the successful delivery and maintenance of Information Systems that support the United Healthcare business. You will also be part of a broader team of individual contributors who provide thought leadership and strategic alignment across the Medicaid technology organization. The successful candidate with have demonstrated experience in leading matrixed teams, proven skills driving implementation of programs and initiatives, experience in working with senior leadership and strategic planning in the healthcare industry. This role requires excellent communication, problem solving skills, curiosity and the ability to be both a doer and a leader. The quality candidate can leverage their business knowledge in the
