ABOUT THE JOB At Rainbow Pizza, a Domino's Pizza franchisee, we're looking for strong leaders to join our team as Assistant Managers . If you have previous management experience, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the store by leading team members, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive store performance. You'll work alongside the General Manager to create a positive work environment while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and quality products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading and supervising team members during assigned shifts. Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns. Maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Managing cash handling, deposits, and inventory control. Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs. Coaching, training, and developing team members. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Monitoring store performance, productivity, and profitability. Opening and closing the store as scheduled. Completing required paperwork, reports, and daily operational tasks. Assisting with food preparation, customer orders, stocking, and cleaning as needed.
