About this role
Amazon Global Selling is on a mission to help businesses of all sizes start locally and grow globally. We help local businesses directly reach new customers around the globe across Amazon's 21 overseas marketplaces. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party Sellers — and our team plays a critical role in driving that growth. Global by Default (GbD) is Amazon's new end-to-end vision that combines a global supply chain network, a fungible inventory pool, and a unified selling experience — enabling Sellers to list once, inbound once, sell globally from day one Compliance is a critical component of Amazon's Global by Default ecosystem which supports Sellers' global ambition in day one. We are seeking a curious, builder-minded intern who thrives at the intersection of product marketing, applied AI, and compliance. You're excited by ambiguity, comfortable turning complex rules into simple Seller experiences, and eager to use AI to solve real problems at scale. You bring strong communication skills, a bias for action, and genuine customer obsession — you want to make compliance feel less like a hurdle and more like a guided path. If you're energized by building tools and journeys that help thousands of Sellers grow globally, we'd love to meet you. Key job responsibilities AI-Powered Compliance Discovery: Help develop AI tools that let Sellers surface the latest compliance requirements for a specific marketplace and product category on demand. Turn fragmented compliance communications (regulations, marketplace policies, category rules) into structured, reliable inputs for those tools. Partner with product key stakeholders to keep tool outputs accurate, current, and trustworthy. Agentic Compliance Journeys: Support the design of agentic compliance education paths that adapt to each Seller's compliance readiness, product category, and target marketplace — sequencing the right content into coherent multi-step journeys. Reusable AI Content Skills: Help turn core compliance content — such as the message house, value propositions, and positioning — into reusable AI skills. By codifying it once, make it easy for cross-functional teams to tap into consistent, on-brand material and accelerate their own content development. Maintain and update these skills over time to ensure the messaging stays accurate, current, and reusable across the organization.
