Job Description

We partner with clients to optimise asset performance through integrated asset and information management, risk and reliability improvement services across transport, water, energy and social infrastructure. As a Materials and Asset Management Intern, you will support project delivery and learn industry‑standard methods under the guidance of experienced consultants in a collaborative, high‑performing team. How you’ll make a difference: Assist with the development of business processes and change management initiatives related to strategic asset management Participate in site inspections and condition assessments of a range of assets Support in developing material testing specifications for both new and existing assets, and with durability design for projects to achieve design life Practice performance and reliability-based durability design of materials Contribute to driving the application of sustainable materials, such as lower carbon concrete Develop repair, remediation and rehabilitation solutions for assets Contribute to the preparation of key asset management documents such as Asset Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP) Support the delivery of strategic and technical advice to clients Assist in the development of maintenance, operational and capital works programs Contribute to whole-of-life asset management solutions for clients What Our Summer Internship Program Offers 12-week paid internship (mid-November to mid-February) Real project experience: Contribute to meaningful work and apply your university learning to real-world projects from day one. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Digital Engineering (Infrastructure).
