Job Description NBCUniversal is seeking a Associate Project Manager – Mastering to support the StudioPost Picture post-production Operations team. In this role, you will assist with coordinating Mastering projects, helping ensure smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service. You will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Scheduling teams, the Associate Project Manager will help track project progress, support client communication, and ensure workflows stay organized and on schedule. What You’ll Do: Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of mastering and restoration projects Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders Help track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals Participate in meetings and take detailed notes to support project execution Monitor daily project activity and communicate updates to Project Managers and stakeholders Assist in scheduling coordination, ensuring resources are properly allocated across projects Help facilitate communication between shifts (day, swing/night, weekends) to ensure continuity Support issue tracking and escalation by identifying potential risks or delays early Assist in reviewing client requests and flagging potential overages or scope changes Help ensure accurate documentation, order tracking, and timely billing support Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying workflow inefficiencies Qualifications Qualifications Let’s Talk About You… Doer – You’re organized, reliable, and follow through without needing to be chased Detail-Oriented – You catch the small things before they become big problems Team Player – You support the team and know when to step in vs. escalate Customer-Focused – You understand that client experience matters, even in the small interactions Communicator – You keep people informed without overcomplicating things Tech-Capable – Comfortable with MS Office and able to learn scheduling/workflow tools quickly What You Must Have: 3+ years of experience in mastering post-production concepts, technologies and workflows What You Maybe Have… Bachelor’s degree Xytech/ScheduAll knowledge 3+ years of experience in Mastering postproduction project management Flexibility and an ability to work
