What You Will Get To Do Accountable for sales, standard margins and operating income for the Farm & Hardware channel Development of sales strategies required to achieve aggressive growth plans for the Region New distribution Generate increased sales from both existing and new customers and spearhead the growth of this area of the company's business Responsible for setting the priorities for all people development, operations, and sales within region and work closely with counterparts in the other provinces Growth of existing under developed categories Prepare annual sales plans for Farm & Hardware channel across Canada Accountable for managing sales expense budget for their portfolio Forecast inventory requirements and provide monthly sales estimates Track monthly/quarterly results versus budget and prior year sales On a monthly basis, present account base business plans to Senior Sales and Marketing teams Who You Are College or University graduate 7+ years experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player Strong people management skills Creativity and strategic thinking skills Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Excellent selling and negotiation skills Good understanding of basic financial concepts Strong computer skills What You Get Anticipated compensation for this role is $120,000-$140,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 25% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed. We care about the safety and the well-being of our employees.
