We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead data migration activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with a strong focus on Bluefield / Selective Data Transition approaches. The role is suited for a client-facing consultant who can combine SAP data understanding, migration strategy, and stakeholder management to support global clients through complex SAP migration and implementation journeys.   The consultant will work closely with client business teams, SAP functional consultants, technical migration teams, and project leadership to define migration scope, assess data readiness, identify data quality risks, and support the execution of migration waves, mock cycles, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.   Lead SAP data migration workstream activities for ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects, including Bluefield, Brownfield, and Greenfield migration scenarios.   Work with client stakeholders and functional consultants across SAP workstreams such as Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Master Data to define migration requirements and dependencies.   Facilitate client workshops to understand legacy data landscape, business priorities, regulatory requirements, historical data needs, and future-state S/4HANA design considerations.   Support the formulation of end-to-end data migration strategy, including migration scope, object prioritization, data retention approach, time-slicing strategy, data cleansing approach, and mock migration planning.   Assess SAP data objects, master data, transactional data, and cross-module dependencies to identify migration risks, reconciliation requirements, and business process impacts.   Coordinate with
