And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. P-241221 Senior Product Manager, Partner Experience Location: New York (other U.S. locations may be considered) Description Salesforce's success is built on the strength of our partner ecosystem. The Partner Experience team is on a mission to reimagine how partners across our entire ecosystem engage, grow, and succeed with Salesforce, replacing fragmented tools with a headless experience layer built once and delivered across every entry point, from Slack and web access points to embedded agents, on a shared foundation of partner identity, business logic, and knowledge. As the Senior Product Manager for Partner Experience, you will drive the platform's continuous-improvement engine. You'll own the telemetry, analytics, and feedback loops that turn every interaction into a better next one, making sure the platform's rapid-innovation operating model compounds in value, and that business owners always have a clear, credible view of partner experience, performance and business impact. Continuous improvement is an emerging discipline in agentic development. This role is your opportunity to define and shape it, as part of a team leading a 0-to-1 agentic enterprise initiative.
What you'll do
Research and diagnose broadly: analyze session and interaction data across the ecosystem, and hold ongoing conversations with partners and internal stakeholders, to find where quality and performance are breaking down before they show up in a metric. Own the metrics: relentlessly experiment with and optimize the partner experience measures, drawing on shifts in the market and in technology, make sure the product is instrumented to capture them, and ensure business owners and partners across the organization always have access to a credible, clear view of that data and its business impact. Grade interaction quality: define and evolve how interactions across the platform are graded, turning outcomes into clear, defensible quality and performance scores. Design feedback loops: translate partner and internal user input into product improvements, and make sure quality and performance scores keep rising with every release. Build visibility: surface real-time partner journey visibility across partner tracks and lifecycle stages. Partner cross-functionally: work closely with engineering, UX, and business owners to prioritize and ship improvements based on what the data shows, championing a test-and-learn mindset across the broader product organization.
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of using data, analytics, and experimentation to drive product improvement. Experience building or owning telemetry, analytics, or quality-measurement systems for a product, ideally one involving AI or agentic experiences. Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with a resourceful, creative approach to defining metrics in domains that resist standard measurement, such as partner or ecosystem health. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with
