As Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the go-to presence behind the scenes of a client's workplace — keeping daily operations, vendors, budgets, and health & safety running smoothly. You'll work across teams, from IT to security to the kitchen, to make sure every part of the office experience meets a high standard. It's a role built for someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and finds satisfaction in solving problems before anyone else notices them. Be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and employees, resolving day-to-day issues across workstations, meeting rooms, and building services Own the CMMS ticketing system, converting requests from any channel into tracked tickets and resolving them within agreed SLAs Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections, flagging and escalating compliance issues related to health, safety, and fire codes Support financial processes — tracking site spend against budget and raising or receipting purchase orders Manage and audit on-site contractors and vendors, building a collaborative approach to service delivery Coordinate special events and on-site vendor setups in support of the client or JLL Track KPIs and prepare regular reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) that feed into continuous improvement Identify and act on cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements across the site What We're Looking For   A genuine customer-service mindset and comfort engaging with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of detail A proactive approach — someone who spots a problem and follows through on the fix rather than waiting to be asked Comfort working with numbers, budgets, and purchase orders An eye for compliance and safety, with the discipline to keep accurate, up-to-date records Confidence coordinating with vendors and contractors to keep standards high Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, across departments and cultures A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of outcomes What You Can Expect From Us   Employment contract A competitive benefits package, including private healthcare, life insurance, seniority allowance, and meal & holiday allowance – 500 RSD The chance to work in a highly professional, stimulating, and challenging environment within a multinational company, with strong long-term career prospects Room to bring your own initiatives to the table Access to training and development programs A friendly, supportive company culture Location: On-site –Belgrade, SRB If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
