As the Market Analytics Lead, Germany / Europe, you will provide high-impact analytics leadership for the region, helping senior leaders understand business performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex customer and marketplace dynamics into clear strategic action. This is a transformational role for a commercially minded analytics leader who can operate as a trusted partner to European GMs, VPs, and Finance leadership. You will represent Analytics as an independent source of business and customer insight, actively shaping the regional agenda, while helping transition traditional reporting and support activities into AI driven tools and capabilities that this role will help design and build. You will drive the regional performance AI automation and deep-dive insights, connect insights across customers, incentives, sellers, and marketplace health, and align regional priorities with horizontal analytics teams. What You Will Accomplish: Act as the senior analytics partner to regional GMs, VPs, Finance, and other business leaders. Represent Analytics confidently in leadership forums, bringing an independent customer and marketplace perspective. Shape regional priorities by identifying key performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities. Build clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should follow. Influence and challenge senior partners through strong commercial judgment and analytical evidence. Connect regional teams with horizontal analytics partners around shared priorities. Partner closely with Finance while maintaining a distinct analytics perspective on customer behavior, causal drivers, and forward-looking insight, translating analysis into clear strategic choices and measurable actions. Define and advance a roadmap for AI-enabled performance diagnostics and decision support. Prototype tools that help leaders identify performance issues, understand drivers, and assess actions. Lead analytics supporting incentives optimization and personalization. Partner with seller and domain analytics teams to bring relevant insights into regional strategy. Connect customer, seller, commercial, and product insights into an integrated view of the business.

Extensive experience advising senior business leaders through analytics and strategic insight. Strong executive presence and the confidence to operate as a peer in senior leadership discussions. Proven ability to influence, persuade, and align collaborators across functions, markets, and teams. A strong consulting approach and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear decisions and actions. Deep understanding of the German and broader European market. Strong commercial competence and experience across customer, seller, product, incentives, and marketplace analytics. Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
