A Team Lead/ Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end ownership of of trade confirmation and settlement processes for equity and fixed income products. The role combines hands-on processing and stakeholder management, ensuring timely execution, strong controls, and high service quality. The role acts as a subject matter expert, handling complex issues, ensuring robust controls, and driving process improvements across the trade lifecycle. The role also acts as a go-to expert, supporting team members, driving improvements and managing stakeholder relationships. What are we looking for? • Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain • Good verbal and written communication • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO • Willing to work in Indian Holidays Good Verbal Communication Skills Good Written Communication MS Office Roles and Responsibilities: •• Oversee confirmation and matching of equity and fixed income trades • Ensure timely affirmation with brokers and counterparties • Monitor and drive resolution of unmatched and disputed trades • Handle complex or high-value transactions requiring escalation • Provide guidance on complex transactions and exception scenarios • Allocate daily workload, monitor queues, and ensure SLA adherence • Review team output to ensure accuracy and quality standards • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members • Define and standardize SOPs, checklists, and control frameworks • Review and sign off on high-value or sensitive transactions • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for errors and implement preventive controls • Ensure zero missed elections / financial impact incidents • Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed • Perform assignments/tasks • Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time • Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process • Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences • Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings BCom About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
