Amcor – New London, WI Pay: $27.93/hour Additional Earnings: Overtime opportunities available in your first year Premium Pay:  1.5x pay for overtime and 2x pay for Sundays Schedule: Rotating 21-7 Schedule 7 days of 6:45am-2:45pm, 7 days of 2:45pm-10:45pm, 7 days of 10:45pm-6:45am, and 7 days off) Amcor is seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our production team as a General Plant Spare Hand . This entry-level manufacturing role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production processes while supporting operations across the facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided.

Train and work as a Rewind, Blown Film, Coating, or Press Assistant based on production needs. Support production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE. Participate in OSHA and site-required safety training. Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must Have High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work all shifts within a rotating 21-7 schedule. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required .
