Become a part of our caring community The Program Delivery Lead, Provider Operations develops, manages, and delivers strategic programs designed to support business objectives, operational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define implementation plans, manage project timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure successful program execution. The Program Delivery Lead, Provider Operations evaluates program outcomes, analyzes performance results, and communicates insights, progress, and recommendations to executives and business leaders. You will perform strategic planning and strategy development work, including advising on functional and segment-specific initiatives, identifying opportunities, and shaping recommendations that support business priorities and operational goals. You will prepare clear written communications, deliver stakeholder updates, and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support executive decision-making, program reporting, and strategic discussions. You will provide guidance on significant business matters and exercise independent judgment to resolve complex issues related to program delivery, project management, process improvement, strategy execution, and operational priorities with minimal supervision. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 3 or more years experience leading program delivery efforts from planning through execution, with demonstrated ability to align work to business goals and stakeholder expectations. 3 or more years experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop implementation plans, manage milestones, and track progress against project objectives. 3 or more years experience identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting the design and implementation of more efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices. 3 or more years experience managing project activities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to support successful program outcomes. Ability to review, analyze, and communicate program results, including performance trends, risks, issues, and recommendations. Strong written communication skills, including experience developing executive summaries, status updates, stakeholder communications, and other business-facing materials. Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, including experience presenting to and leading discussions with business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency creating polished PowerPoint presentations that translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually effective executive-level materials. Experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, and program-related decisions. Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex issues by analyzing variable factors and determining appropriate recommendations, next steps, and courses of action.
