About Actively AI
Actively AI is defining a new category: Intelligence-Led Revenue.
Revenue organizations have always been bottlenecked on human capacity. Reps triage which accounts get attention. Context disappears at every handoff. On any given day, the vast majority of accounts have exactly zero people thinking about them.
Actively addresses this at the structural level. Our platform deploys Per-Account AgentsTM across our customers’ TAM, working 24/7 to research, identify opportunities, and advance next steps without being asked. Leading enterprises including Ramp, Ironclad, and Samsara are already making this shift.
Our co-founders are former Stanford AI researchers, and the team comes from Harvard, CMU, Berkeley, Brex, Scale AI, and Google. We've raised $68M from TCV, First Harmonic, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, and more.
About the Role
Actively is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer. This role sits at the center of a high-stakes, high-visibility function — revenue leadership at a fast-scaling company — and requires someone with exceptional discretion, sharp judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment.
You will support a CRO driving GTM strategy, revenue planning, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. A core part of this role is active calendar and inbox management — triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging what needs immediate attention, and ensuring nothing of consequence gets missed. The pace is fast, the work is consequential, and the person you support moves quickly.
This is a fully dedicated role supporting one executive — you'll own the details so the CRO can stay focused on growing revenue. If you've supported a C-suite leader in a high-growth environment and love bringing order to a fast-moving calendar, this is for you.
What You'll Do
• Calendar & inbox command: Own a complex, constantly shifting calendar across time zones — prioritize ruthlessly, protect focus time, and keep the CRO ahead of every commitment. Triage incoming communications, draft responses, flag urgencies, and ensure high-priority items get timely attention.
• Project coordination: Track initiatives across the revenue org, keep deadlines and follow-ups moving, and act as a connective point between the CRO and their team, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Presentations & decks: Build and polish board-ready and internal presentations — turn rough inputs into clean, on-brand slides.
• Event planning: Plan and run logistics for team offsites, customer/prospect events, QBRs, and dinners — end to end.
• Travel & personal support: Manage travel booking and itineraries, expenses, and select personal/lifestyle arrangements to keep work and life running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders; experience supporting a CRO or other revenue/sales leader is a strong plus.
• Experience at a Series B–D (or comparable high-growth) company — you know how to operate when things move fast and change often.
• Proven experience managing executive calendars and inboxes — you know how to triage, prioritize, draft, and keep a busy exec's communications under control.
• Genuinely strong at deck-building (Google Slides / PowerPoint) and comfortable with modern tools (Slack, [CRM, e.g. "Salesforce"], calendar/scheduling tools, expense platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with sound judgment about what
