10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including significant architecture leadership responsibilities. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.  Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Deep expertise across ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, governance, and roadmap planning. Experience working with C-level stakeholders in complex organizations. C1 English skills, written & spoken .   Tasks :   Define and govern enterprise ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy. Partner with business and IT leadership to align technology roadmaps with organizational objectives. Lead solution design across ServiceNow domains, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable outcomes. Act as the architectural authority for major transformation initiatives and strategic platform decisions. Drive governance, standards, and best practices across implementations and operational teams. Engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, translating business vision into technology outcomes. Wh y DXC?
