Wenn Sie Interesse an der Verbindung von Film, Vertrieb und Partnerschaften haben, bietet diese Rolle eine spannende Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitzuwirken.   Ihre Aufgaben…   • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Beziehungen zu Kinokunden   • Koordination und Verhandlung von lokalen Marketingmaßnahmen, Konditionen und Trailerplatzierungen   • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten sowie operative Unterstützung innerhalb der Vertriebssysteme   • Steuerung der Distribution von Werbe- und Marketingmaterialien   • Überwachung von Box-Office-Daten, Besucherzahlen sowie Rechnungsstellung und offenen Forderungen   • Koordination von KDM-Prozessen und Unterstützung bei Wiederveröffentlichungen sowie alternativen Inhalten   • Verwaltung von Rechtestrukturen und Pflege des Filmkatalogs sowie Unterstützung bei Reporting und Systempflege   Erfahrung und Qualifikationen   • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Medien- oder Entertainmentbranche   • Verständnis für technische Aspekte von Film-, Video- und digitalen Formaten   • Kenntnisse des Kinomarkts und seiner Strukturen   • Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Kunden und Partnern aufzubauen   • Verständnis für digitale Plattformen wie Websites, Online-Shops oder soziale Medien   Schwerbehinderte Menschen sind in unserem Unternehmen herzlich willkommen und werden bei gleicher Eignung besonders berücksichtigt. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support account management while coordinating alternative content and catalogue re-releases. Accountabilities...   • Support and develop relationships with cinema clients   • Coordinate and negotiate local marketing activities, commercial terms, and trailer placements   • Maintain accurate data and support operational processes within sales systems   • Oversee the distribution of advertising and promotional materials   • Monitor box office performance, admissions, invoicing, and receivables   • Coordinate KDM processes and support alternative content and catalogue re-releases   • Maintain rights management and film catalogue records while supporting reporting and system upkeep   Qualifications & Experience   • Background in sales, ideally within media or entertainment   • Understanding of technical aspects of film, video, and digital formats   • Awareness of the cinema exhibition market   • Ability to build and maintain effective client and partner relationships   •
