Role
Overview The Senior Manager, Knowledge & Insights plays a critical role within Coca‑Cola’s Digital organization by transforming information, data, and organizational knowledge into actionable business insights that accelerate digital transformation outcomes. This role will help establish a knowledge-driven culture that enables faster decision-making, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and increases the adoption of digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities across the enterprise. As Coca‑Cola scales its digital growth engine, the Senior Manager will design and mature enterprise knowledge and insight practices that connect strategic priorities, digital programs, business outcomes, and employee experiences. The role will work across digital product teams, business functions, operating units, and external partners to identify patterns, capture lessons learned, surface emerging opportunities, and create scalable mechanisms that improve organizational effectiveness and value realization. The ideal candidate combines expertise in knowledge management, business insights, analytics, organizational learning, and change enablement with a passion for leveraging data and technology to solve complex business challenges. This individual will influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed environment and help ensure that critical knowledge is accessible, measurable, and translated into enterprise action. What You will do for us Develop and execute an enterprise knowledge and insights strategy that supports Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation and business priorities. Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and governance to capture, organize, curate, and share critical business, digital, and operational knowledge. Partner with digital product teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to identify insights that drive growth, productivity, adoption, and business value. Create and maintain knowledge repositories, intelligence hubs, and digital collaboration environments that enhance organizational learning and decision-making. Analyze qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging business needs. Translate complex digital, data, and artificial intelligence topics into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audience groups. Lead the development of executive-ready reporting, dashboards, communications, and insight narratives that support strategic decision-making. Drive continuous improvement through lessons-learned programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and best practice frameworks. Measure and monitor knowledge management effectiveness, adoption, engagement, and business impact using meaningful performance indicators.
