IT Analyst (Oracle Transport Management)

Support and enhance transportation management solutions including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), SAP Logistics, shipment visibility platforms, and related integrations.   Support and confirm integration works between SAP/OTM/ FourKites / Veson / etc.    Help ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision   Work with Senior Solution Manager and Solution Manager and cross functional teams in the project planning process.   Provide expert level support to the teams that provide run-the-business support for Integrated Supply Chain team.   Participate in timely implementations of strategic solutions.   Responsibility for delivering solutions in an independent manner.   Ability to support overall project phases.   Provide on-call coverage and provide subject matter expertise that may be required 24x7 by the run-the-business teams.   Limited off hours work to support upgrades and implementations as needed. ​ Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline.   A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.   Knowledge and experience with SAP.   Knowledge and experience with Integrated Supply Chain processes and technologies.   Knowledge and experience with the logistics module in SAP.   Knowledge and experience with O racle Transportation Management application.   Your Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
