About You

In this role, you will lead and support strategic and operational fleet management activities across APAC as part of the GBS STP Travel, Expense, Meetings & Fleet (TEMF) organization. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, country fleet resources, suppliers, procurement, finance, risk management, and global fleet teams to ensure high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, compliance, and innovation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple countries. Job responsibilities include: Strategic Responsibilities Coordinate, manage, and guide in-country fleet resources and suppliers across APAC. Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet and mobility support. Provide fleet and mobility guidance aligned with company policies and local regulations. Assess mobility needs within the organization and recommend improvements. Drive process optimization and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery. Advise stakeholders on supplier strategies, innovations, and market best practices. Lead or participate in fleet transformation initiatives, including sustainability and electrification programs. Support regional governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Responsibilities Act as the second-level escalation point for fleet-related issues and requests. Manage preferred suppliers and monitor supplier performance. Track and report fleet KPIs and SLA performance. Oversee fleet-related contracts, costs, and financial reconciliations. Support financial governance, including invoice and PO management. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, and Global Lease teams. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and fleet governance processes. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 7-10 years of experience in Fleet Management, Mobility Management, Operations, Program Management, or related functions. 3-5 years of people leadership or experience coordinating small regional teams. Strong experience managing suppliers, contracts, and service providers. Experience managing budgets, costs, invoices, and financial reporting. Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple countries and functions. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and matrixed environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to manage sensitive business situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

12-15+ years of overall professional experience. SAP experience. Experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment. Experience managing APAC regional programs. Exposure to Procurement, Category Management, Travel, Transportation, Leasing, or Mobility services. Knowledge of Bahasa, Indonesian, Malay, or another APAC language is an advantage.
