What you’ll do Position Title: SAP Labs Latin America Intern - MD Office Location: Monterrey, Mexico Schedule: 30 HR/Week In-Person: Hybrid (3x/Week) Start Date: September 2026* In this role, you’ll: The Intern of MD Office Shared Services will participate in various Business & Administration projects to improve the management of tasks and interactions among teams at SAP Labs Latin America (São Leopoldo/Brazil and Monterrey/Mexico locations) with an emphasis on strategic business results. Examples of tasks which you will be responsible for:
Establish a structure and plan for initiatives and programs based on projects – across both SAP Labs Latin America locations. Develop communication, negotiation, and brand-building skills while interacting with key stakeholders and leaders. Actively participate in developing and delivering new and existing projects that focus on Labs operations, innovation, ecosystem, communications and events. Monitor and communicate the results and achievements of project(s). Work with different local and international business units to build relationships between SAP Labs Latin America and their relevant stakeholders, leaders, and decision maker to boost visibility and expand possibilities. Perform coordination and management duties of SAP Labs Service Catalog such as e.g., arranging events, meetings, workshops, dealing with stakeholders, reporting and content portfolio management. You should be an excellent team player with strong abilities to network and to work independently by using analytical and problem-solving skills and your willingness to learn quickly. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong Power Point skills. Ability to gain productivity by using AI tools (Copilot or LLMs prompts is a main plus). Experience with Canva and Figma are a plus.
