Here's how a Senior Marketing Specialist for PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team: Responsibilities

Creates marketing plans for mid-size to large projects and initiatives and ensures they are measurable. Coordinates and manages the resources and change management to ensure success.  Plans and executes high-risk, complex, or multifaceted events that involve multiple stakeholders and require consensus building. Coordinates deliverables with a team of individuals.  Creates and enhances brand awareness through development of marketing materials and proper placement.  Implements marketing and website content-management strategy to ensure content is properly organized and communicates updates to stakeholders.  Communicates the vision to develop marketing deliverables and works collaboratively with team members to execute marketing strategy.  Creates impactful and influential written copy that integrates the PCL brand for appropriate mediums to encourage action internally and externally.  Translates executive strategies and industry knowledge into meaningful and accessible information. Promotes understanding and influence within the district.  Strong networking skills and active involvement in industry
