As the Regional Benefits Coordinator, you will help drive the delivery and continuous enhancement of benefits programs across the region. This is a unique 12-month contract opportunity to contribute to an important phase in EY's regional benefits journey, as we review and evolve our future benefits operating model. Working closely with Regional and Country Talent teams, EY networks, brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders, you will support strategic benefits initiatives, renewals, and program administration. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our benefits offerings are effectively managed, communicated and valued, contributing to an exceptional EY experience for our people.   Your Key Responsibilities

Support regional insurance renewals and RFP activities through data analysis, presentation development and stakeholder communications. Prepare and manage renewal data and documentation, covering member census collection, independence and regulatory requirements, and implementation activities. Oversee the end-to-end benefits administration across enrolment, renewals, premium collection, member engagement and operational support. Drive stakeholder engagement and benefits education, including country feedback sessions, renewal webinars, and collaboration with brokers and insurers. Develop and maintain benefits communication channels and resources to enhance awareness and accessibility of benefits information. Manage insurance invoicing, premium allocations, reporting and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related enquiries, providing support on claims, coverage, policy interpretation, and reporting across the region.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business, with 3 to 5 years of HR experience. Prior exposure to benefits, rewards or insurance programs is preferred. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and levels.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while navigating ambiguity and resolving issues. Strong analytical and Excel skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy in managing and interpreting data from multiple sources. High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
