In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Senior and Line Management to develop and execute effective EH&S programs that drive significant performance improvements aligned with company EH&S requirements and strategic plans.  As a team member, you will provide direction and technical expertise to enhance EH&S initiatives, ensuring a safe workplace and full compliance with local, state, federal, and RTX EH&S regulations. We are seeking a proactive, dedicated professional with strong communication, and analytical abilities to drive excellence in EH&S and support our business operations effectively.

Provides leadership and builds partnership at site across all levels of the organization to foster EH&S culture improvement.  Provide technical guidance to the businesses’ leadership team to ensure effective execution of EH&S Management System requirements. Partners with site leadership and supervision to ensure EH&S regulatory compliance with federal, state and local regulations.  Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise; establish and support timely incident investigation process to prevent reoccurrences.  Ensures timely risk assessments and adequate controls for EH&S processes; oversees comprehensive EH&S training program; maintains readiness for oversight audits (assurance reviews, program evaluations, compliance reviews, OSHA VPP, ISO 14001, etc.)   Provides timely information and guidance to the site EH&S leadership team, site EH&S committee and Sub-committees, including EH&S performance trends and root cause corrective actions for injuries and near misses.  Support the organization to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence with EH&S standards and procedures. Own one or more site EH&S programs.
