As a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities - Understanding the risk and compliance profile of a multinational professional services organization and leveraging compliance monitoring activities to confirm compliance programs are effectively mitigating risk and identifying areas for enhancement. - Supporting the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to identify potential compliance risks and issues. - Collaborating closely with compliance leaders across various disciplines (e.g., anticorruption, ethics, etc.) to gather requirements and integrate them into a cohesive monitoring framework. - Identifying opportunities for new and innovative ways of leveraging technology, including Generative AI, to solve compliance monitoring challenges. - Conducting routine transaction testing, business process improvement initiatives, project management activities, and data analytics to support compliance programs. - Helping develop and maintain documentation, methodologies, and playbooks supporting compliance monitoring design and execution. - Assisting compliance teams with maintaining compliance monitoring plans and reporting efforts, aggregating monitoring results, and analyzing outcomes. - Presenting to senior leaders and obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders. - Working in a multicultural and multilingual environment. - Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. - Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection - Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 6 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Distilling complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling techniques and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. - Defining monitoring objectives, metrics, and KPIs; identifying relevant variables and data inputs; calibrating analytics and testing
