The Operational Support / Project Support Analyst role supports Time & Labor Management operations while assisting managers and cross-functional teams with projects, implementations, operational improvements, compliance initiatives, reporting activities, and enterprise support efforts. This role serves as a developing subject matter expert and may support multiple operational areas based on business needs. The position regularly partners with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system support teams to support operational objectives, implementation readiness, process standardization, and enterprise initiatives.
What You Will Do
Support managers with operational initiatives, projects, implementations, and enterprise support activities. Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support project execution and operational goals. Support workforce operational activities including audits, escalations, payroll support, issue resolution, and operational follow-up. Analyze operational processes, reporting trends, and workflows to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Support labor compliance reviews and operational audit activities. Assist with testing, validation, implementation readiness, and deployment support for operational or system changes. Support enterprise process improvements, operational enhancements, and standardization initiatives. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, operational procedures, reporting resources, and reference guides. Support reporting and data analysis efforts utilizing Excel, SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow, or related systems. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide project updates, operational feedback, issue tracking, and implementation support while identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements. Conduct thorough timecard to Payroll Reconciliation including audit reviews, discrepancy resolution, and documentation updates. Designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive on‑site training programs for HR, employees, and supervisors to ensure consistent understanding and application of time and labor processes.
Qualifications
You Must Have A Bachelors Degree Accounting, Finance or related discipline and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field. Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating
