Role
Overview Join our Employee Relations team, providing professional, business-focused advice and support to key stakeholders across shore-side and fleet operations. Responsibilities include: Managing complex employee relations casework across disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence processes Advising and coaching managers while balancing business risk with pragmatic solutions Applying UK employment law and ER best practice to support effective decision-making Supporting high-volume business-as-usual ER activity across a large-scale organisation. This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term contract basis until April 2027. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring
Proven ER experience managing and advising on complex Employee Relations casework, with the ability to apply current legal principles and associated risk assessments Strong knowledge and practical application of UK employment law Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes Experience of managing sickness absence Ability to advise and influence stakeholders in a large and complex environment.
