Job Title Sales Executive Enterprise Informatics Job Description The Sales Executive Enterprise Informatics, is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for complex customers, driving significant sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Enterprise Informatics (EI) space across regional authorities. The successful candidate will understand each customer's specific business needs and deliver tailored value propositions through our Enterprise Informatics solutions, while acting as the primary orchestrator of partnerships across assigned accounts.
Your Role
Build trusted, senior-level relationships with strategic customers, including regional authorities, in-house organizations, and governmental bodies, to develop new business channels and align solutions with customer objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, District Managers, Marketing, Services, and Supply Chain teams to deliver tailored and innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Manage high-value negotiations and secure strategic agreements that support sustainable business growth. Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights for strategic planning. Ensure compliance with business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Deliver compelling presentations to senior institutional representatives and C-level executives within regional organizations. Play a key role in strategic transformation projects across regions, aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving favorable business outcomes. Actively develop partnerships with key players in the IT ecosystem to foster strong collaboration and create business synergies. Map and understand administrative frameworks that may serve as vehicles for future business opportunities. You're the Right Fit if You Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in sales or account management within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably in Healthcare Informatics solutions such as RIS, PACS, LIS, and HIS. Demonstrated ability to independently build relationships with institutional stakeholders, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure the timely achievement of objectives. Strong knowledge of logistics and process management. Proven ability to conduct independent customer negotiations while aligning with established guidelines and sales plans. Experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences. Extensive customer-facing experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and other business units. Fluency in English and Italian Compensation and benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 73,775 – € 122,958 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s.
