An Information Technology & Business Shared Services presence is established in Hyderabad, India with the objective of providing information technology application development and support services. We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and bolster our efforts in supporting our Hyderabad Operations Center. As a valued member of our diverse and high-performing Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class experience for both candidates and employees. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation programs. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure executives of HR processes
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of corporate experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a related role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
