Job Description Responsibilities : Drive key initiatives to improve underwriting operations by leading solution design and implementation efforts across strategic client engagements.

Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring Genpact’s capabilities, value propositions, and operating models are clearly articulated and aligned with client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Operations, Practice, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, and Training—to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment throughout the deal lifecycle.

Represent underwriting solutions in client workshops, visits, and oral presentations, engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic conversations.

Analyze underwriting performance data and market trends to identify areas for process improvement and transformation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution strategy and execution.

Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to support innovation and solution relevance.

Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts by supporting analyst engagements, capability showcases, and content development.
