Position Summary

The Staff Structured Origination Manager will lead Antora’s efforts to identify, evaluate, acquire, and co-develop energy projects for long-duration energy storage (LDES) deployment. This role is uniquely focused on co-location strategies with renewable developers, identifying solar and wind projects in MISO, SPP, PJM, and other markets, and structuring complex, multi-party agreements that allow Antora to add storage to the grid.

A core part of this role is originating and structuring novel commercial agreements with renewable developers, enabling Antora to deliver value to its customers and generate strong risk-adjusted returns. The Senior Manager will sit at the intersection of M&A, energy markets, project development, and structured finance, building Antora’s pipeline of co-located storage projects through developer relationships, rigorous diligence, and creative deal structuring.

Roles & Responsibilities

Co-location Deal Origination & Developer Partnerships

• Developing and managing working relationships with renewable developers in target ISO/RTO markets across the US.

• Negotiate complex and novel agreements to govern co-development and co-location structures.

• Structure compensation mechanisms tied closely to Antora’s revenue opportunities that incentivize developers to work with Antora

• Negotiate the full subsidiary agreement suite in a co-location deal, including, but not limited to; Co-Location and Dispatch Coordination Agreements; and Shared Facilities Agreements;

• Ensure the structure protects the developer’s energy delivery obligations while enabling Antora to connect to the grid and monetize its LDES.

• Work with legal and interconnection teams to navigate co-location regulations as they evolve in markets across the US.

Project Evaluation & Acquisition

• Work with internal stakeholders to apply project scoring frameworks to prioritize opportunities based on site quality, development and interconnection status, market access, and strategic fit.

• Recommend purchase or partnership terms and deal structures; prepare investment memos for leadership review.

• Lead negotiations for project acquisitions including MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, and co-development term sheets.

• Sequence deal execution appropriately across offtake, siting, and development milestones.

Financial Modeling & Deal Economics

• Collaborate with finance to build out the project-level financial models that underpin acquisition decisions and deal structuring, including project IRRs, revenue projections,
