Job Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst I supports sales operations activities through data analysis, inventory management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer support. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with operational knowledge and can work independently to identify issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions. This position plays a critical role in supporting mandatory year-end inventory cycle counts in Mexico and providing analytical support to the Sales Operations team. Remote Position - Mexico (candidates must be based in Mexico) Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and analyze sales operations data within ERP systems, including SAP. Support recurring inventory reviews and investigate discrepancies related to inventory balances, usage reporting, and operational processes. Assist with year-end inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives in Mexico. Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and process documentation. Support forecasting, backlog management, and operational planning activities. Analyze operational and sales-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support operational execution. Investigate and resolve data, inventory, and process discrepancies. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, process standardization, and operational efficiency. Perform critical analysis to support decision-making and business performance objectives. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related analytical role. Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
