Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Guide and mentor developers on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving. Integrate and manage messaging systems using Apache Kafka. Ensure database performance and integrity through optimized PL/SQL development. Implement and maintain BDD test frameworks using tools like Cucumber. Drive CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps adoption. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Java 8+ and object-oriented programming principles. Strong experience with Spring Boot and related Spring ecosystem components. Hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning. Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API
