Room Stylist 客房造型師

POSITION SUMMARY 【職位宗旨】 依照飯店客房工作品質標準，清潔客房及樓層公共區域。 【主要負責事項】 1.提早抵達公司、著裝完畢，準時到辦公室領取每日報表、進行每日早會。 2.值班時應穿著整齊制服、黑襪、黑色皮鞋，並保持服裝儀容整潔，符合W形象。髮長過肩應束髮，以確保工作安全。 3.妥善保管領取到的房卡、公務手機及pantry鑰匙，並於下班時確實繳回辦公室；領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責。 4.每位早班客房造型師負責清潔12間客房、晚班客房造型師負負責6間房。依照住房報表，清潔打掃客房，保持優良清潔品質。 5.每日早上依照住房報表，檢查空房，應了解所屬樓層房間狀況。 6.於開夜床時間，依照住房報表為客人作夜床服務。 7.負責樓層pantry整理和公共區域清潔保養。 8.晚班客房造型師下班前負責整理打掃樓層備品室和公共區域的清潔。 9.遵守所有公司政策和程序。
