Citi Wealth & Consumer Digital Technology are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Digital Engineering Director. This critical role will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the technology strategy and roadmap for our digital advisory platforms and financial planning tools, enabling our advisors and clients to achieve their financial goals through innovative, intuitive, and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will lead a global team of engineers working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, design teams, and other technology groups to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management, financial planning methodologies, digital advisory solutions, and a proven track record in leading large-scale technology transformations in a complex financial services environment, with a strong emphasis on modern technical stacks and AI-driven experiences.

Strategic Leadership:  Develop and articulate a compelling technology vision and strategy for digital advisory and financial planning within Citi Wealth, aligning with overall business objectives and long-term growth aspirations. This includes identifying opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Roadmap Definition & Execution:  Own the end-to-end technology roadmap, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of features and platforms that enhance the advisor and client experience. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies for responsive and scalable solutions.

Leadership & Development:  Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
