About the Role We're looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruiters responsible for building world-class Product and Design teams at TikTok.
As part of our Talent Acquisition organization, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle—helping identify top talent, refine recruiting processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how recruiting operates inside a fast-paced global tech company and is excited to make meaningful contributions from day one.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities During your internship, you will: - Support the full recruiting lifecycle across Product and Design roles—including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and market talent profiles. - Assist with sourcing efforts (LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, event leads, etc.) and engage prospective candidates with compelling outreach. - Help manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless, positive experience. - Assist with recruiting operations, including opening requisitions, creating job postings, and updating interview notes and candidate status in our ATS. - Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, talent strategy syncs, and project-based work. - Contribute to process improvements and documentation across candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and recruiting workflows. - Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, or talent market research as assigned. - Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Operations, and business partners across different time zones.
What You’ll Gain - Mentorship from experienced talent partners - Exposure to high-impact recruiting programs - Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging candidates - Learning in stakeholder management, structured interviews, and global recruiting operations - Opportunity to improve candidate experience and operational excellence at scale
