They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership & Leadership.   We are looking for an  OEA Officer – Logistics Compliance Analyst to ensure the disciplined execution of the OEA program by tracking activities, evidence, findings, and controls that support compliance with security and international trade standards. What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up on OEA-related activities, ensuring the timely closure of findings, proper document control, and ongoing readiness for internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities

Track activities assigned to different areas within the OEA program. Ensure compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and supporting evidence requirements. Monitor findings, non-conformities, and compliance risks through closure. Validate evidence and follow up on corrective action plans. Maintain the OEA documentation system up to date. Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits. Participate in operational walkthroughs and on-site compliance validations. Coordinate activities with departments such as Warehousing, Shipping, Security, and other support functions. Update compliance metrics, dashboards, and performance reports. Identify potential compliance risks and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Who We're Looking For Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in:

Logistics, warehousing, or shipping operations. Compliance, auditing, or continuous improvement.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of programs or standards such as:

OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) CTPAT ISO (preferred)

Technical Knowledge

Supply chain and logistics processes. Document control and administration. Action item tracking and follow-up management. Intermediate Excel skills and KPI tracking. Reporting and performance metrics management. Internal audits and operational compliance practices.

Skills

Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Disciplined follow-up and execution mindset. Effective communication across all organizational levels. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
