As a Commercial Excellence Senior Analyst for the Corrugated Division, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s efforts in data stewardship, sales performance reporting, sales training, and customer events. This role ensure data accuracy across commercial systems, supports leadership reporting and insights, and coordinates programs and events that strengthen sales effectiveness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions to support both day-to-day execution and longer-term improvement initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Excellence. How You Will Make an Impact: Maintain and accurately map customer, account, and commercial data across databases, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems to ensure consistent reporting and support business decision-making. Make revisions and updates to records, validate data integrity, and clearly communicate changes to stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams. Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps, and recommend improvements to increase accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support more efficient workflows. Support the creation, maintenance, and distribution of recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, sales teams, and customer meetings. Assist with dashboard updates, report validation, and performance tracking for pipeline activity, growth trends, customer performance, and other commercial metrics. Support the coordination of sales training and customer events, including preparation activities, participant communication, material readiness, on-site support, and post-event action items to drive strong execution and impact. Responsible for coordinating leads and opportunities generated through events, campaigns, and customer interactions, and for supporting accurate entry, follow-up, and governance with commercial teams in the CRM system. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in data management, sales operations, commercial reporting, marketing support, or other analytical roles. Experience working with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, QlikCloud, Power BI, and CRM platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and present information clearly to a variety of stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
