Project Execution & Timeline Management* - Execute facade repair and painting works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule - Plan floor-wise activities considering high-rise constraints and weather conditions - Coordinate with RWA/ Key stakeholders for access, balcony clearance, and work timings to minimize resident disruption *2. Quality Assurance & Technical Supervision* - Inspect and certify all stages: crack filling, plaster repair, waterproofing, surface preparation, and paint application - Ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and approved mock-ups - Conduct stage-wise inspections and maintain quality checklists for high-rise elevations *3. Safety & Statutory Compliance* - Enforce 100% PPE compliance, certified scaffolding, rope access, and lifeline protocols as per norms - Ensure safety net, barricading, and debris protection to prevent public hazard - Coordinate safety audits, tool-box talks, and work permit systems daily *4. Site Operations & Progress Monitoring* - Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, and productivity of contractors/vendors - Track floor-wise milestones, identify delays, and implement catch-up plans - Maintain hindrance register and resolve site issues promptly *5. Material & Resource Management* - Verify paint batch quality, shade, and technical certifications before use - Monitor paint coverage, consumption, and wastage control at height - Ensure timely indenting, proper storage, and reconciliation of all materials *6. Contractor & Vendor Management* - Supervise vendor teams for workmanship, productivity, and access control on scaffolding/gondolas - Verify contractor bills based on BOQ, actual joint measurements and certify for payment - Ensure all workmen are skilled, trained for high-rise work, and PF/ESI compliant *7. Resident & Stakeholder Coordination* - Issue advance notices for facade work and coordinate balcony/access schedules with residents - Address complaints related to dust, noise, paint smell, or damage within 24 hours - Liaise with Estate Office/RWA for smooth execution and permissions *8. Documentation & Reporting* - Submit Daily Progress Reports with photographs, inspection checklists, and manpower details - Maintain all records: WIRs, material test reports, safety permits, and compliance documents - Prepare snag lists and close all defects through joint inspections *9. Cost Control & Efficiency* - Optimize resource utilization to prevent rework and material overuse - Certify actual site measurements and control variations from BOQ - Support value engineering for cost-effective repair methodologies *10. Project Handover* - Ensure snag-free, floor-wise handover after joint inspection with client/RWA - Submit all warranties, as-built mark-ups, and colour code charts - Ensure complete site clearance, debris removal, and final wash-down *Key Skills & Competencies* - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5&#43; years in facade/high-rise repair projects - Strong knowledge of facade systems, waterproofing, painting specs, and high-rise safety norms - Hands-on experience with scaffolding, gondola, and rope access works - Excellent coordination skills for RWA, residents, and multi-agency sites - Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of DPRs and quality documentation *KPIs* - Zero LTI & 100% safety compliance - <1% rework & defect-free handover - Project completion within approved timeline & budget - Resident complaint resolution <24 hrs *Location:* Delhi NCR  *Employment Type:* Project-based Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
