Partner with the best As an Accounting Clerk, you will be working closely with a group of professional supporting the General Accounting team. As an Accounting Clerk , you will be responsible for: ·        Coordinating vendors’ internal and external flow of documentation. ·        Preparing reports and analysis for the Finance Manager in accordance with company requirements. ·        Supporting finance personnel to provide an efficient participation in the business and contribution to the management of capital. ·        Coordinating country financial and business plan preparation and presentation, under the direction of the Finance Manager. ·        Communicating with the banks, as well as process invoices, checks and expense reports. ·        Organizing and prioritizing daily / weekly payment runs in coordination with the Finance Manager. ·        Processing payments to external vendors including overseas vendors, all third party as well as inter-company invoices. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: ·        Have a Bachelors in Accounting or related field, CPA is an advantage. ·        Have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting. ·        Have solid foundation in accounting and financial principles and practices. ·        Have good knowledge of SAP and Hyperion software would be advantageous. ·        Have excellent interpersonal and people skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ·        Have good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English. ·        Be able to work and adapt to a fast paced and multicultural environment.
