Our Opportunity: The Marketing Analytics team evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions, and pricing strategies across Tim Hortons in Asia-Pacific region. The team works directly with regional leadership and franchisee executives to develop marketing calendars and sales plans that drive same-store sales growth. The Sales & Marketing Data Analyst, Tim Hortons, APAC will own the full analytics agenda for markets within the Tim Hortons brand — covering performance diagnostics, sales forecasting, calendar planning, digital channel reporting, and franchisee engagement. This role requires ownership, analytical expertise, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll be providing strategic recommendations to franchisee and internal stakeholders. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Your Roles & Responsibilities: Performance Analytics Independently produce end-to-end performance diagnostics including sales decompositions, product mix analysis, pricing reviews, and competitive benchmarks. Build and refine analytical models to evaluate business performance, product promotions, and marketing programs. Proactively identify performance drivers and surface emerging risks or opportunities to leadership team and franchisees. Conduct sales reports analysis, ticket and guest segmentation, and category-level deep dives to drive business performance. Forecasting Own the bottom-up forecast model for assigned markets, building monthly and annual sales forecasts based on historic trends, seasonality, and planned marketing activity. Track actuals versus forecast and flag variances early, recommending corrective actions where needed. Develop performance forecasts to support leadership and franchisees in performance management and calendar planning. Brand & Strategic Planning Analyze competition and pricing data to evaluate business performance and inform long-term brand strategy. Interpret broader brand and product research to identify short-term sales opportunities and long-term growth pillars. Deliver market-level strategic recommendations grounded in quantified commercial logic Digital Sales & Channels Own digital performance reporting, including the digital activation calendar across delivery platforms, mobile app, and kiosks Analyze channel-level conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements to franchisees Benchmark digital KPIs across markets and flag underperformance with root-cause analysis. Build and maintain digital channel dashboards and reporting templates.
