PMO Senior Manager Haps – Fulltime / Project of 2,5 years For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for a PMO Senior Manager. Danone is launching a major investment in the Haps Specialized Nutrition factory to ensure compliance and future growth. This role anchors the global governance backbone for the capital project expansion. The mandate is to drive enterprise-wide visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across all major projects, ensuring the capital program consistently delivers on strategic priorities, financial commitments, and operational value creation. Furthermore you have the following responsibilities; Portfolio Governance & Performance Management; Lead global portfolio governance and track scope, cost, timeline, risks, benefits; drive leadership reviews and escalation Program Alignment Across Zones; Integrate Zone PMOs; manage global roadmap; standardise KPIs, tools, reporting Executive-Level Insights & Decision Support; Translate data into insights; prepare decision materials; manage risks, dependencies, capital planning Standards, Tools & Digital Enablement; Own PMO framework; drive digital tools and dashboard adoption Capability Building & Operating Model Excellence; Build PMO capability; coach teams; ensure project readiness and benefits realisation Success Measures: On-time, on-budget performance of global capital portfolio. Governance discipline and cross-zone convergence. Strong early-warning risk systems. Quality of insights for Global Ops LT and ExCom. PMO capability uplift and improved project outcomes About You • 12–18+ years in capital program governance or engineering PMO in asset-intensive industries. • Exposure to €130M+ annual investment programs. • Strong command of capex management and PMO leadership. • Executive communication and decision-support capability. Furthermore you are/have: Leadership & Behavioral Competencies •Enterprise-minded influencer. • Structured, analytical, and disciplined. • Strong change-leader who can drive convergence. • Skilled at navigating ambiguity. Technical & Functional Skills • Expertise in project controls, capex budgeting, and risk management. • Strong digital literacy (Power BI/Tableau, PPM tools). • Ability to create executive-ready reporting. • Skilled at running complex governance routines.
