This hands-on role combines technical marina operations with outstanding customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic marine environment. You'll manage vessel movements, coordinate essential services, and ensure our facility maintains the highest operational standards. This role requires weekend availability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences in a marine setting. An overview of the role: Provide high-level general marina services and deliver exceptional customer service to all marina customers and visitors Manage day-to-day vessel movements using Boat Cloud App, coordinating berthing operations efficiently Operate forklifts and handle boats with advanced skills to support marina operations and vessel movements Connect vessels with essential supplies including electricity, fresh water, and sewage pump-out services Respond to telephone enquiries and provide accurate information about marina services and operations Maintain daily operational logs, record keeping systems, and manage incoming communications Monitor and coordinate external contractors on site, ensuring OHS compliance and safety standards Perform physical maintenance tasks including cleaning, rubbish removal, and general site upkeep to maintain facility presentation Foster positive working relationships with all organizations and individuals using and interacting with the marina Sounds like you?
