Opis stanowiska AECOM is seeking a Civil Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our cost estimating team to prepare cost documentation for a variety of infrastructure projects across Poland and Europe, serving both private and public sector clients.

Utilize company estimating systems, tools, and procedures effectively. Analyze how project assumptions and decisions impact overall cost estimates. Prepare cost estimates at different stages of the project, depending on design accuracy and assumptions. Prepare Bills of Quantities. Develop Concept Construction Schedules. Engage and collaborate with subcontractors and manufacturers in the European market. Prepare various documents for submission to clients. Participate in both in-person and remote meetings with clients and design teams. Collaborate with discipline teams regarding project scope and selected solutions. Track costs of materials and equipment. Update cost plans throughout the design development process. Kwalifikacje Strong knowledge of architecture, structural engineering, and roadworks, including earthworks quantity calculations. Understanding of construction technology and organization. Proficiency in technical English is essential. Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings. Experience with cost estimating software such as Norma Pro or Norma Expert. Proficient in MS Office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Self-driven and independent, with strong organizational skills. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in an international setting.
