Work You’ll Do As a Delivery Senior Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered digital identity experiences that support secure, accessible, and efficient access management capabilities. Design and develop user-facing components, including dashboards, application tile layouts, multifactor authentication enrollment and management screens, and system use agreement workflows Collaborate with identity engineers, security architects, and service providers to translate identity and access management requirements into clear user experiences across single sign-on, delegated administration, and risk-based authentication workflows Develop and maintain front-end functionality for portals, dashboards, and reporting interfaces, while supporting accessibility, browser compatibility, and onboarding experiences for new agency integrations A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
