Supplier Risk Lead

FCE Bank is seeking a Supplier Risk Lead to join its ICT Risk Office (2LoD) at the Dunton Campus, Basildon (hybrid, 4 days onsite). Reporting to the ICT Risk & Information Security Manager, this high-visibility role provides independent oversight, challenge, and assurance over the bank's third-party and supplier risk profile — with a particular focus on ICT, information security, and operational resilience.

You will independently review and challenge 1st Line risk assessments, drive continuous improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, produce risk MI and reporting for senior leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with evolving regulations such as DORA, PRA SS2/21, and PRA/FCA expectations, supporting audits and regulatory reviews along the way. We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in operational risk, outsourcing, or TPRM, ideally within a 2LoD or independent oversight
