Position Summary
Business operates on a global scale, and transfer pricing sits at the intersection of economics, business, and tax. As a Tax Consultant on the Transfer Pricing team, you will analyze intercompany transactions and help address economic issues affecting multinational organizations. This role offers the opportunity to build consulting experience, strengthen analytical skills, and work on complex cross-border matters. Recruiting for this role ends on 7/31 /2026. Work you'll do As a Tax Consultant on the Transfer Pricing team, you will be responsible for supporting transfer pricing engagements and analyzing clients’ intercompany cross-border transactions. Conduct industry research on factors affecting client operations and profitability Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation modeling for companies and intangible property Research comparable benchmarks and analyze financial statement data Draft proposals, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables Manage multiple assignments while collaborating across teams and workstreams A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines The team The Transfer Pricing team advises clients on intercompany transactions involving products, services, intangible property, and financial arrangements across jurisdictions. Team members work with Deloitte professionals across the global network to help clients address technical and business issues in an evolving regulatory environment.
Qualifications
Required: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or business Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required) Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required. You can expect to co-locate on average 2-3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
