Role Purpose

Senior Partners are expected to have primarily responsibility for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, capturing and converting premium consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements, improving maturity of consulting services and contributing to growth and development for Wipro. This role has leadership responsibilities across for one or more specific practice/vertical/client account of significant scale, they drive sales, consulting delivery, growth and people development for their units. The Senior Partner must achieve personal billability at high fee rates   ͏

Do •      Leads by example and lives the Wipro values •    Provides governance and assurance to assignments in the group and ensures client satisfaction and strong client feedback •    Build strong and utilizable relationships across client organisations and Wipro. Recognised as an industry leader and expert •    Manages the group to ensure there is the right balance of solution/development/IP/business development and delivery capability
